#IdeasExchange – an opportunity to share your thoughts on the future of services in Carmarthenshire
The Public Services Board hope you can join them at one of their engagement events in order to give your innovative ideas for the work that will be done by Carmarthenshire Public Services Board (PSB) over the next five years. The PSB, which is made up of public sector organisations across the county, is running 3 engagement events in July and wants to hear from you on what the Board should focus on. By May 2018 the PSB is required to publish a five year County Well-being Plan that will say how the PSB will work together to improve the economic, social, environmental and cultural well-being of Carmarthenshire. This is a requirement of the PSB under the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act. The #IdeasExchange workshop will take place at the following locations between 1.30pm and 4.30pm: Wednesday 5 July 2017 – Lliedi Suite, Selwyn Samuel Centre, Llanelli Wednesday 12 July 2017 – Dynefor Bowls Club, Ammanford Wednesday 19 July 2017 – St Peter’s Civic Hall, Carmarthen The PSB have already developed draft Well-being Objectives for the Plan based on the Assessment of Local Well-being. Results from the engagement campaign that was undertaken last year as well as other extensive research have been fed into the Assessment which has now been published and is available on the PSB website.
