Catherine Rowland, an experienced member of the Antur Cymru Business Advisory Team has been appointed Disabled Peoples’ Employment Advisor covering Mid, West and North Wales.
The new role provides advice to businesses on the recruitment selection and induction of people with a disability into the workforce and further helps businesses to adapt policies and processes to ensure best practice in developing a diverse and talented workforce.
This new Pan Wales initiative is delivered through the Business Wales support programme and is fully funded by Welsh Government.
