Gareth Fon Jones and Roland Evans saw an opportunity to create a truly Welsh ‘sense of place’ business in Caernarfon and approached Business Wales for support in setting the business up and raising finance. Both Welsh speakers they set about gathering together the best locally sourced produce and fixtures and fittings to create the new ventures USP.

Today the business offers tapas-style dining and specialises in the best produce from Gwynedd, Wales and the world, offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas and evening meals. Four en-suite bedrooms have been furnished to a high standard providing a unique and Welsh experience for guests.
